Yes! Many of our pens can be professionally engraved with names, initials, or a short message. It’s a thoughtful way to turn a beautiful pen into a memorable keepsake—perfect for milestones, celebrations, or professional gifts.
How long does personalization take?
Custom engraving usually takes 48 hours after proof approval. We carefully inspect each piece to ensure the engraving is precise and that your gift is presentation-ready the moment it arrives.
Will the pen arrive ready to be given as a gift?
Yes. All Monteverde pens are packaged in a premium gift box that reflects the quality of the writing instrument inside. While we don’t offer gift wrapping, the packaging is elegant and refined—suitable for gifting as is.
Can I ship a gift directly to someone else?
Of course. Just enter the recipient’s name and shipping address at checkout. We never include invoices or pricing inside the box, so the recipient will only see the gift itself.
Can I include a note with my gift?
Yes. You can add a custom gift message at checkout, and we’ll include it on a Monteverde notecard inside the box—no branding or prices shown.
What if there’s an issue with an engraved pen?
While personalized items are not returnable, we’re committed to making sure every order is right. If something arrives damaged or the engraving is incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll work to resolve it.
